Ingredients -  

Mint leaves- 1 bunch
Small onion-4
Curry leaves- few
Garlic- 2
Red chili- 2
Grated coconut-2 spoon
Tamarind- a small piece
Black gram split-1/2 spoon
Oil and Salt- as required

Recipe -

  • Clean the Mint leaves and keep aside.
  • Heat Oil in a pan, add Black gram split and fry till it turns into light brown.
  • Then add Onion, Curry leaves, Garlic, Red chili, Coconut and Mint leaves, fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Once it cools off, grind with Tamarind and Salt.
